MusicOne records audio in real time (1x speed) while it is being played. It does not circumvent technical protection measures (TPM), does not remove DRM, does not decrypt protected streams and does not download media directly from the servers of any streaming service.

In many jurisdictions, recording radio broadcasts and audio streams for strictly private, non-commercial use is permitted. The exact rules differ by country and continue to change. Typical examples:

• Germany — private copies of broadcasts are permitted under § 53 UrhG; circumventing effective technical protection measures is not.
• European Union — the InfoSoc Directive allows private copying only where rightholders receive fair compensation; national implementations vary.
• United States — time-shifting of broadcasts has been recognised as fair use, while circumvention of access controls is prohibited by the DMCA.

Regardless of jurisdiction, the following applies to all Namimora products:

• Recordings are for your own private use. Redistribution, uploading, public performance, streaming or any commercial exploitation of recordings is not permitted.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of use of the streaming or radio service you use, and with the law that applies to you.
• Namimora does not grant any rights to third-party content and cannot verify that your intended use is lawful.
• Please do not use our software to circumvent access controls, subscriptions or payment obligations.

PlaylistGo only manages metadata and playlist structure — titles, artists, album names and track identifiers — through the official interfaces of the streaming services. It does not copy or download audio content.
