Terms of use
These terms govern the use of the Namimora website and of the MusicOne and PlaylistGo applications.
Version 1.0 — last updated 10 September 2026
1. Scope
These terms of use apply to the website namimora.com and to all software made available through it, in particular MusicOne and PlaylistGo (together “the software”). By downloading, installing or using the software you accept these terms.
2. Licence grant
Namimora grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the software on the computers you own or personally control, for private purposes, for the duration of your licence period or, in the case of a lifetime licence, indefinitely.
Unless stated otherwise at purchase, a personal licence covers up to three devices used by the same person. Business licences covering additional seats are available on request.
3. Permitted use
- Recording audio that you are lawfully able to play, for private use.
- Managing, converting, organising and backing up your own media library.
- Transferring playlists between accounts that you control.
- Making backup copies of the installer for your own archival purposes.
4. Prohibited use
- Circumventing, removing or attempting to bypass technical protection measures, DRM or access controls.
- Redistributing, publicly performing, uploading or commercially exploiting recordings or playlists that contain third-party content without the necessary rights.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or modifying the software, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Sharing, reselling or sub-licensing licence keys, or using the software to provide a commercial service to third parties.
- Using the software in violation of the terms of use of any streaming service or of applicable law.
5. Activation and updates
Paid licences are activated with a licence key. The software may contact our licence server periodically to validate the key; this transmission contains only the key, a device hash and the version number, never library or playlist content.
Updates are provided for the period stated at purchase. When the update period ends, the installed version continues to work with the features you own; only newly released versions are no longer delivered.
6. Free trial
The trial version may limit the number of tracks per transfer, the length or quantity of recordings, or export options. Trial limitations are described in the application and on the download page. Trial use is subject to the same restrictions on permitted use as paid licences.
7. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase without giving reasons. Write to [email protected] with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within five business days. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
8. Third-party services
The software interoperates with third-party streaming and radio services through their official interfaces. Availability, catalogue and API behaviour are controlled entirely by those providers and may change at any time. Namimora is not affiliated with these providers and does not guarantee that any specific service will remain supported.
9. Warranty and liability
The software is provided “as is”. We warrant that it will substantially perform the functions described in the documentation at the time of delivery. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that any particular content will be available on any particular platform.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability under mandatory statutory provisions, in particular product liability law, remains unaffected.
10. Termination
You may terminate the licence at any time by uninstalling the software. We may terminate the licence if you materially breach these terms, in particular the prohibitions in section 4. Files you created remain yours; termination does not lock or delete them.
11. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms for future versions of the software or when required by law. The version applicable to your licence is the one in force when you purchased it, unless you expressly agree to a newer version.
12. Governing law and contact
Governing law: [jurisdiction]. Place of jurisdiction: [city], subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
