2. What we never collect
- No audio content, recording content or recording history.

- No streaming service passwords or access tokens from our desktop applications.
- No address book, location history or contacts.
MusicOne and PlaylistGo store your library, playlists and settings in local folders on your own computer.
3. Visiting this website
When you open a page, our web server processes the technically necessary data to deliver it: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating system. This is required for operation and security and is retained in server log files for a limited period, normally 14 days, then deleted or anonymised.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Downloads
Downloading the software does not require an account and is not linked to your identity. We evaluate aggregate download counts without individual references in order to plan releases.
5. Licence activation
When you activate a paid licence, the application sends your licence key, a device hash and the version number to our licence server. This data is used solely to validate the licence and to prevent misuse. Device hashes are salted and cannot be reversed into a hardware identifier.
Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
6. Support requests
If you contact support, we process your e-mail address and the content of your message in order to answer it. Attachments (for example screenshots) are stored only as long as needed for the case, usually no longer than 24 months. Legal basis: contract performance and our legitimate interest in answering support requests.
7. Cookies and analytics
This website uses no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers and no third-party analytics. A single technical cookie may be stored to remember your language choice; it contains no personal identifier and is not shared.
8. Payment processing
Payments are handled by external payment service providers. Card data is entered directly with the provider and never reaches our servers. We receive only the information required to issue your licence: name, e-mail address, order number and country.
9. Retention
- Server logs: normally 14 days.
- Licence records: for the duration of the licence plus statutory retention periods.
- Support correspondence: usually no longer than 24 months.
- Invoices: for the statutory retention period, typically 10 years.
10. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. We answer within the statutory period of one month.
11. Data security and international transfers
Data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Our servers are located in the European Union. Where a service provider operates outside the EU/EEA, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses.
12. Children
Our software and website are not directed at children below the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
